In the area of ​​the unfinished house under construction, belonging to the Technical Infrastructure Project of the land on 30/4 Street (TDP 4, Thanh Nhat Ward, Buon Ma Thuot City), many people gathered to use drugs, littered with syringes, posing a potential risk to local security and order.

A resident living near the area said that this situation has been going on for a long time. Addicts often choose quiet times like noon or late at night to use drugs and throw away needles.

Syringes were thrown away in the area next to an unfinished house under construction, part of the Technical Infrastructure Project of the land plot on 30/4 Street.

Local residents said there had been cases of drug addicts overdosing on drugs and having to be taken to the emergency room by nearby residents. Worried about drug abuse, residents living near the unfinished house used paint to write on the wall the words “No drug injection here”.

Authorities need to increase patrols and control of the area to promptly detect and handle violations, ensuring a peaceful life for the people.
