On the morning of January 18, a working delegation led by comrade Pham The Duyet, former Standing Member of the Politburo, former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, offered incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Uncle Ho Temple and the Uncle Ho Monument with Vietnamese Farmers (Hoang Dieu Ward, Thai Binh City). Also attending the incense offering ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Van Giang, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; and leaders of Thai Binh City.

Comrade Pham The Duyet, former Standing Member of the Politburo , former Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the delegation offered a flower basket to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh.

In a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegates offered incense and flower baskets with the words “Eternally remembering the merits of President Ho Chi Minh”, observed a moment of silence and expressed their infinite gratitude to the immense merits of President Ho Chi Minh, the genius leader of our Party and people, an outstanding activist of the international communist and workers’ movement. He devoted and sacrificed his entire life to the cause of national liberation, class liberation, and the struggle for peace, national independence and the happiness of the people.

Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, comrade Pham The Duyet and the delegates vowed to wholeheartedly follow the path chosen by the Party and Uncle Ho, firmly adhere to Marxism-Leninism, Ho Chi Minh thought, the ideal of national independence and socialism; always strive, cultivate and train revolutionary moral qualities, constantly study and follow Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style, contributing with the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army to promote the cause of innovation, build and firmly defend the socialist Fatherland of Vietnam, for the goal of developing a strong and prosperous country, and the people becoming increasingly prosperous and happy.
