Compared to land plots that are self-divided among the people, real estate located in urban areas implemented by reputable investors, although it may be higher in initial purchase price, has an advantage in the long term due to synchronous and systematic planning and most importantly, transparent legal procedures to ensure liquidity and the ability to increase prices in the long term./.
