Iron Smelting Plant: Blast furnace iron output reached over 82% of the yearly plan

In October 2024, the Iron Smelting Plant ( Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company) produced 16,842 tons of blast furnace iron and over 23,500 tons of sintered ore, reaching over 100% of the plan.

In the first 10 months of 2024, the Factory produced 165,688 tons of blast furnace pig iron, reaching 82.8% of the annual plan; produced over 236,000 tons of sintered ore, reaching nearly 82% of the plan; maintained stable jobs for 476 workers, with an average salary of over 9 million VND/person/month; production ensured safety for people and equipment.

With the goal of producing 200,000 tons of blast furnace pig iron and 288,000 tons of sintered ore in 2024, in the last months of the year, the Iron Smelter Plant continues to implement solutions on management, technology and equipment; strives to exceed assigned production and business targets, ensuring jobs and income for workers.
