People of village 2 Tien Canh unite to build a new life

In the residential area of hamlet 2, there are 364 households with 1,567 people, divided into 11 solidarity groups. Hamlet 2 is a model new rural village of Tien Canh commune, with many economic models of gardens, forests, farms, tourism... bringing high economic efficiency. Currently, the residential area has 10 poor households, 13 near-poor households, mainly single-family households, difficult circumstances.

People have united to carry out the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" launched by Tien Canh commune, 349 households were recognized as "cultural families"... People practice a new cultural lifestyle, eliminating backward customs and superstitions. The People's Committee of the village has mobilized people to well implement regulations on civilized lifestyle in weddings and funerals, and mobilized people not to scatter votive papers on the funeral procession.

Promoting the people's right to mastery, mobilizing people to participate in forums and dialogues between representatives of elected bodies and the people. Mobilizing people to participate in ensuring the number of meetings with voters. People have responded to the call for building advanced new rural areas, together with the People's Committee and the Village Front Work Committee, donating land, trees, and contributing working days to open roads, build public works, build flower roads... to serve rural eco-tourism.

At the festival, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee Huynh Thi Thuy Dung acknowledged and congratulated the achievements of the cadres and people of Village 2. She hoped that in the coming time, the people would continue to unite, promote the spirit of mutual love and support, and join hands to build a new and more prosperous life.

Comrade Huynh Thi Thuy Dung presented 10 gifts to 10 single-parent households, the elderly, and disadvantaged people in the village at the festival.
