Young man found 50 million VND and returned it to the person who dropped it.

On the morning of August 28, Ha Giang Ward 1 Police received a file bag containing some personal documents and 50 million VND in cash that Mr. Nguyen Van Quang (born in 1986, residing in residential group 36, Ha Giang Ward 1) picked up and voluntarily handed over.

Ha Giang Ward 1 Police returned property to Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Ngoc.

After receiving the property, the Ward Police quickly verified and identified the owner of the lost property as Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Ngoc (residing in residential group 15, Ha Giang Ward 1). All documents and property were then fully handed over to Ms. Ngoc.
