Many good practices and effective models in implementing Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW

(HBĐT) - Over the past 10 years, the implementation of Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW, dated November 4, 2013 of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) has received attention, leadership and direction from the Party Committee and the government of Lac Son district; all levels, sectors, localities and units have participated and received support and response from all walks of life. Since then, solutions to improve the quality of education and training at all levels have been strongly implemented; many good, creative ways and practical, effective models have emerged.

A typical example of a good and creative way to improve educational facilities is that the district Department of Education and Training has launched a movement to build green, clean, beautiful, safe and effective school and classroom spaces. Every year, 100% of schools devote resources, mobilize maximum staff, teachers, employees and students to regularly participate in labor activities, improve the landscape and classroom spaces. Thanks to that, in the context of limited investment funds, schools, especially kindergartens, have green, clean, beautiful, safe and effective indoor and outdoor spaces in use and application in teaching and learning, preserving the pedagogical landscape and environment.

The District Military Command with the Program "Accompanying children to school" has implemented the motto of "direct mobilization, direct donation and direct donation". Accordingly, every year, the unit mobilizes agencies, units, officers and soldiers of the armed forces in the whole district to participate in donating and supporting the construction of gratitude houses, buying bicycles, casio calculators and necessary items for students in difficult circumstances, contributing to material and spiritual support, fostering faith in life for poor and studious students. In 2022 alone, the unit donated 48 bicycles, 55 school bags, built 1 gratitude house and sponsored poor students to overcome difficulties with a total amount of over 150 million VND.

A good way that the District Association for Promotion of Education has maintained and promoted for many years is the movement of Drumbeat for Promotion of Education. The grassroots Associations for Promotion of Education promote propaganda and mobilize people to limit the sound of television and other means of communication at exactly 8:00 p.m. every day when there is a drumbeat signal in residential areas, take time to urge children to study.

In addition, many schools in the area have built effective models in implementing Resolution 29-NQ/TW such as: Tu Do Primary and Secondary School agreed with the school's parents to let students stay at the school to train for the national team to improve the quality of key education, thanks to which the quality of key education is higher year after year; Ngoc Son Kindergarten with the Children's Library model; Van Nghia Kindergarten with a model of mobilizing social resources to invest in education with a total budget of support from businesses, philanthropists and parents of students of more than 600 million VND; Tan My Kindergarten with the model of "Building an educational environment outside the classroom" with playgrounds, areas to learn about national cultural identity, and physical training areas for children; Quyet Thang High School with the Muong Cultural Identity Preservation Club model... From 2013 to now, there have been 190 initiatives, scientific research topics, and scientific and technical creative products.

According to comrade Bui Van Duong, Vice Chairman of Lac Son District People's Committee, in the context of many socio-economic difficulties and people's lives, with per capita income below the average level of the province, the district has thoroughly grasped, propagated and effectively implemented Resolution No. 29-NQ/TW. Good practices and innovative models have contributed to investment in education and have had an important impact on the process of fundamental and comprehensive education reform in localities and units. Along with that, the planning and rearrangement of schools, classrooms and school branches are ensured to be appropriate. Discipline, order and democracy in schools are enhanced. The quality of comprehensive education is improved and a safe, friendly and healthy educational environment is built.
