
On October 11 and 12, from 9:00 to 21:30, at the round stage of the heritage site, art programs are performed continuously, bringing a vibrant and colorful atmosphere. In addition to traditional Vietnamese performances such as Central Highlands gongs, Quan Ho, Cheo, Chau Van, folk dance... the audience will enjoy special performances from Japan, Russia, Cambodia, Mongolia, Pakistan, Iran, Cuba, Romania, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Indonesia, Palestine, Venezuela, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Philippines...

The Iranian traditional folk music group Sar Afshan brings traditional music with typical instruments such as Tombak drum, Daf, Tar, Kamancheh, Qanun. The group works with the goal of promoting traditional Iranian culture, and has performed at many major events at home and abroad, including the Fajr International Film Festival and the Caspian Music Festival in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

From Japan, the Hanabi Jazz dance group, founded by director Miwa, brings performances that combine tradition and modernity with the theme “Dance from the heart, touch the heart”. In kimono-inspired costumes, the artists skillfully use fans, paper umbrellas and traditional masks, expressing the spirit of “Wa” - a symbol of harmony and elegance. The group represented Japan at the “East Asia Cultural City 2024” event in Korea, and participated in the New Year's Eve performance at Tokyo Tower during the Lunar New Year 2025.

Hailing from Pakistan, dancer Sheema Kermani will bring her graceful, delicate and emotional performances. Apart from being a leading classical dancer, she is also a renowned social activist in Pakistan. In addition to her contributions to the preservation and promotion of traditional dance forms, especially Kathak, she also spreads the message of gender equality and promotes cultural understanding.

The Venezuelan band Tamboriprimo will stir up the festival with vibrant, bustling drum beats, reminiscent of the music associated with the Afro-Venezuelan community. Tamboriprimo's music preserves both traditional and contemporary features. With its creativity and modern spirit, Tamboriprimo has renewed the traditional rhythms and unique identity of Venezuelan folk music, affirming the enduring vitality of Venezuelan culture.

The Lao National Art Troupe presents unique music and dance performances, showcasing the traditional beauty and solidarity of the Lao people. The troupe regularly participates in international cultural events, contributing to promoting the image of the friendly and hospitable land of a million elephants to friends in the region and the world.

A special highlight of the festival is the performance of the traditional Palestinian dance Dabke by students from the Faculty of Arabic Language and Culture, University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi. In the context of Palestine suffering many losses due to war, the performance will be a strong message of faith and aspiration for peace.

Also in this festival, students from the Faculty of Arabic Language and Culture, University of Foreign Languages, Vietnam National University, Hanoi represented the international art troupe of the UAE Embassy to attend the festival. Not only introducing the unique cultural features of Arab, the performances will contribute to spreading the spirit of integration, exchange and mutual understanding between cultures while affirming the role of education in nurturing a generation of global citizens.

With the participation of international art troupes, the first World Cultural Festival in Hanoi will become a bridge of cultural exchange between Vietnam and friends from all over the world. Each performance not only expresses the unique identity of each nation but also spreads the message of peace, friendship and mutual respect between cultures, enriching the colors of Vietnamese culture in the flow of international integration.
