The "Destination Deluxe Award 2023" was awarded to InterContinental Danang Sun Penisula Resort (Da Nang), TIA Wellness Resort (Da Nang) and Six Senses Ninh Van Bay (Khanh Hoa). This resort on the Son Tra Peninsula surpassed the spa at The Datai Langkawi resort, Langkawi, Malaysia and Crown Spa Sydney, Crown Towers Sydney, Australia. Six Senses Ninh Van Bay resort in Nha Trang won the "Eco-friendly hotel of the year" category, surpassing two other names from Cambodia and the US. Meanwhile, TIA Wellness Resort ranked second in the "Wellness program of the year" category, behind The Heart Retreat Preidhof of Italy. Da Nang is a destination highly appreciated by international media. Recently, Da Nang was voted by the American travel magazine CN Traveler into the list of 11 best destinations in Asia that tourists should visit in 2024.
