Israeli attacks on the Hezbollah group in Lebanon have killed more than 1,000 people and injured 6,000 in the past two weeks, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry .
About a million people have fled their homes to seek safety elsewhere in Lebanon or neighboring Syria, mostly taking shelter in schools with few supplies.
Here are some of the countries that have pledged or provided humanitarian aid to Lebanon as the Israel-Hezbollah conflict has worsened over the past few days.

European Union
The European Union announced on September 29 a €10 million humanitarian aid package to help people in Lebanon affected by the escalating hostilities. The European Commission said the aid is aimed at providing protection, food assistance, shelter and health care.
Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia has announced aid to the Lebanese people, including medical assistance, state news agency SPA reported.
“The Kingdom reaffirmed its commitment to stand by the Lebanese people as they face the challenges arising from the current circumstances, while stressing the importance of addressing the humanitarian consequences,” SPA added.
Egypt
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi said on September 29 that he had ordered the immediate dispatch of urgent medical and humanitarian aid to Lebanon.
In a phone call with Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati, Mr. Sisi reaffirmed Egypt's continuous support for Lebanon at all levels.
Jordan
On September 29, the Jordanian armed forces dispatched a plane carrying humanitarian aid to the Lebanese army to help resolve the difficult situation the country is experiencing.
Canada
Canada will contribute $10 million in humanitarian aid to people in Lebanon, Canada's Minister of International Development Ahmed Hussen said in a statement on September 28.
France
French Foreign Minister Jean-Noel Barrot, who visited Lebanon on September 29 to oversee the delivery of humanitarian aid, said the shipment contained 12 tonnes of medical equipment to treat 1,000 seriously injured people. “We will always be with the people,” he said.
Türkiye
A Turkish plane arrived in Lebanon on September 25 carrying medical aid and supplies to support the Lebanese health sector, state-run Anadolu news agency reported.
United Arab Emirates
UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan pledged a $100 million emergency aid package to Lebanon on September 30, the state news agency reported. The initiative is part of the country's ongoing efforts to support Lebanon in overcoming its current challenges.
