Roads and bridges connecting "super-rich" urban areas in Hanoi

(Dan Tri) - Vinhomes Riverside (Long Bien, Hanoi ) is considered an urban area for the "super rich", because the villas here are priced from tens of billions to hundreds of billions of VND.
Vinhomes Riverside is invested by Sai Dong Urban Development and Investment Joint Stock Company, a member of Vincom Joint Stock Company - Vingroup Corporation, with a total investment capital of about 10,000 billion VND. Deployed since 2011, through 2 phases, the villas, townhouses and shophouses here have been sold out by the investor since 2019. According to a survey on real estate trading sites, villas in Vinhomes Riverside range from 40-100 billion VND/unit, with a single villa with an area of over 1,000m2 being advertised for sale at 204 billion VND.
Vinhomes Riverside urban area has several major arterial roads passing through it, such as Hoi Xa. According to the N10 subdivision planning, Hoi Xa street (40m wide) has a short section passing through the Hanoi Software Technology Park project , connecting to National Highway 1A. In the opposite direction, Hoi Xa and Mai Chi Tho streets will connect with Ngo Gia Tu street. However, a short section connecting to Ngo Gia Tu has not been built yet.
According to the N10 subdivision planning, Dam Quang Trung and Chu Huy Man streets are major roads connecting Vinhomes Riverside with the inner city area. This route has been basically built through the above-mentioned "super-rich" urban area, while part of the roundabout at the Chu Huy Man - Dao Hinh intersection has not been completed. According to the plan, Chu Huy Man Street will be extended through Phuc Loi and there will be a bridge over Duong River (Giang Bien Bridge) connecting to Ninh Hiep and Gia Lam areas.
Located between Viet Hung urban area and Vinhomes Riverside, Dao Dinh Luyen and Dao Van Tap streets (30m wide) will also be extended to Phuc Loi, Ruby City 2 building section. In addition, Nguyen Lam Street (30m wide) will also be extended through Sai Dong, Vu Xuan Thieu to National Highway 5 (Nguyen Van Linh Street).
Tran Danh Tuyen and Doan Khue streets (40m wide) are two major routes through Vinhomes Riverside. This route from Truong Lam intersection will extend through Ngo Gia Tu street to Nam Duong. The section from Ngo Gia Tu to Nam Duong already has a project and the roadbed has been built.
Dao Hinh Street is 30m wide, according to the plan it will be extended to Ngo Gia Tu. The extended section is 22-25m wide. According to the N10 subdivision planning, Tran Hung Dao bridge has an access road on the side of Gia Lam airport, with an overpass on National Highway 5 to Vu Duc Than street.
