Of which, the district allocated 12,012 million VND in infrastructure investment capital to implement the granting of residential land and construction of houses for Raglay people in Bac Son commune; support for purchasing agricultural tools for career conversion 5,171.2 million VND; support for scattered domestic water for poor households 527.9 million VND. In Bac Ai district, in 2023, from the capital of the National Target Program 1719, Phuoc Hoa Water Plant, Phuoc Hoa commune, Bac Ai district was put into use with a clean water pipe system to the village, contributing to changing the quality of life of ethnic minorities in the area.

Proactive and flexible in implementing National Target Program 1719
In the period of 2022 - 2024, Ninh Thuan province received an investment of 79,967 million VND from the central and provincial budgets to implement Project 1, National Target Program 1719. To date, the whole province has disbursed over 72,276 million VND (reaching 90.30% of the investment capital) to implement Project 1.
According to the results of thematic supervision of the Ethnic Council of the Ninh Thuan Provincial People's Council, implementing Project 1, National Target Program 1719, in 2023, Ninh Son district supported the construction of houses for 87 households and is continuing to build new houses for 89 poor households. In Bac Ai district, the dossier is being completed to support capital for housing construction for 128 households who are beneficiaries of the policy according to regulations.
Currently, because some localities in the province no longer have land to implement, they have proactively and flexibly implemented job conversion, such as: Supporting cows, goats, sheep, and black pigs for 446 households; supporting the purchase of agricultural machinery and tools for agricultural production for 25 households and supporting 9 vocational training classes for 315 students; regarding domestic water support, localities have implemented decentralized domestic water support for 212 households; building 8 centralized domestic water works in Ninh Phuoc and Bac Ai districts.
Along with that, Ninh Thuan province has implemented 4 concentrated residential stabilization projects and interlaced projects, such as: Infrastructure investment project to provide residential land and build houses for 100 households in Xom Bang village, Bac Son commune, Thuan Bac district on a planned area of 7.9 hectares; Project to create technical infrastructure to provide residential land for 50 households in Phuoc Ha commune, Thuan Nam district with a scale of 3.5 hectares; Project to plan the resettlement area of My Hiep village, My Son commune, Ninh Son district, with a recovered area of 0.59 hectares; Infrastructure project for the residential area of Da Hang village, Vinh Hai commune, Thuan Bac district, etc.
According to Ms. Pi Nang Thi Thuy, in recent years, Ninh Thuan province has actively implemented projects and sub-projects to support residential land, production land, and domestic water for ethnic minorities with the aim of eliminating hunger, reducing poverty, providing vocational training, creating jobs; and improving the material and spiritual life of ethnic minorities.
