Ninh Thuan informs 7 real estate projects not qualified to trade products

SunBay Park Hotel & Resort project has completed legal procedures and future real estate products are put into business at buildings B and C, while building A is not yet qualified for business.

The Department of Construction of Ninh Thuan province has just announced the investment status and the situation of real estate transfer permission of urban area projects, residential areas, and existing housing areas in the province so that organizations and individuals inside and outside the province can access authentic information.

The Department of Construction said that as of June 13, there were 7 projects that did not meet the conditions for trading project products according to the provisions of Article 55 of the Law on Real Estate Business.

These projects include the Dam Ca Na New Urban Area Project invested by the Joint Venture of Tuan Dung Trading Group Co., Ltd. and Dong Do Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (64.46 hectares); the Dinh River New Urban Area Project invested by the Joint Venture of Song Dinh Urban Investment and Development Joint Stock Company, TSG Vietnam Joint Stock Company, TSG Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (37.43 hectares).

Dong Hai Urban Area Infrastructure Project of Thanh Son Consulting and Service Company Limited (10.94 ha); My Phuoc New Urban Area Project of Gia Viet Joint Stock Company (10.25 ha); Phu Ha New Urban Area Project of MK Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (7.07 ha); Chi Lanh Residential Area Project (now Tan Hoi Residential Area) of Chi Lanh One Member Co., Ltd. (now Chi Lanh Co., Ltd., 1.93 ha); Ninh Chu Sailing Bay Project of Ninh Chu Bay Joint Stock Company.

Of which, Ninh Chu Sailing Bay Project has not been granted a construction permit; Dinh Riverbank New Urban Area Project and Dong Hai Quarter Infrastructure Project, the investor is currently carrying out compensation, site clearance and completing legal procedures for the project; the remaining 4 projects have been allocated land (partially or completely), the investor is implementing construction.

As for the SunBay Park Hotel & Resort project by Sunbay Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company, the project has completed legal procedures and future real estate products have been put into business at buildings B and C (completed to the 40th floor, interior installation to the 18th floor). Meanwhile, building A of the project is not yet qualified to trade products (under construction of the foundation and basement).

In addition, the Department of Construction also informed that some projects have been licensed for business such as the Residential Area Project North of Nguyen Van Cu Street (Nam Cuong Thanh LLC) with 244 lots; the Northeast New Urban Area Project (Area K1, Thanh Dong Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company) with 1,895 lots; the Binh Son - Ninh Chu Coastal Urban Area Project (Area K2, Hacom Holdings Investment Joint Stock Company) with 168 lots; the Thap Cham 1 Residential Area Project (Kien Thanh LLC and Construction) has built the foundation of 133 lots/167 lots.

The Department of Construction also mentioned that the Binh Son Urban Area Project by Thanh Dong Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company in My Binh Ward, Phan Rang - Thap Cham City has a total of 66/118 plots of land with land use rights transferred and technical infrastructure invested for people to build their own houses; the remaining plots (adjacent to Yen Ninh Street) do not allow land use rights transfer.

Regarding social housing, all 3 projects have been completed and put into operation and use. Regarding the number of apartments selected for rent-to-own, D7 - D10 Social Housing Project (Center for Housing and Apartment Management) has 240/240 apartments; Phu Thinh Social Housing Project (Phu Thinh Real Estate Trading Company Limited) has 374/374 apartments; Hacom Galacity Social Housing Project (Thanh Dong Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company) has 825/848 apartments.
