Similar to many rival car manufacturers, Nissan also launched a registration fee incentive program this June. Accordingly, this month, Nissan will support registration fees from 50% to 100% for the two models Almera and Navara. More specifically, Nissan Almera is supported with bank loan interest rates for the standard EL version and the highest-end VL. Meanwhile, the mid-range Nissan Almera V version is supported by the company with 50% of the registration fee for cars manufactured in 2025 and 100% for cars manufactured in 2024.
With the preferential registration fee, customers will save from 26 to 53 million VND, higher than some competitors in the same segment such as Toyota Vios and Honda City. This June, the Toyota Vios and Honda City duo only receive a 50% preferential registration fee. Meanwhile, Hyundai Accent is supported by the company with 100% of the registration fee. Mitsubishi Attrage in particular is supported by the company with 50% to 100% of the registration fee, depending on the version. Next is the Nissan Navara pickup truck with a 50% discount on the registration fee for the two versions EL 2WD and EL 2WD Upgrade. The registration fee incentive for this pickup truck model is worth from 21 million VND. In addition, the company also gives away accessories to customers who buy these two versions. Meanwhile, Nissan Navara VL 4WD and PRO-4X are only supported by the company with bank loan interest rates. The program will be applied to customers who sign a contract and deposit the entire Nissan vehicle, from June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025.
In Vietnam, the Nissan brand is currently distributing 3 car lines, including Almera, Navara and Kicks. However, the Kicks model has not had an official promotion program for a long time. Nissan cars in Vietnam do not have an advantage in terms of price because they are imported completely. Therefore, without incentive programs, Nissan cars will have difficulty competing with rivals in the same segment. Nissan Almera in Vietnam is currently the latest version with significant upgrades in both design and equipment. The highlight of the car lies in its safety equipment with blind spot warning system, rear cross traffic warning, 360-degree camera, moving object warning, FEB automatic emergency braking system, forward collision warning, adaptive headlights, lane departure warning and tire pressure warning. The "heart" of this B-class sedan is the old 1.0L, turbocharged, 3-cylinder gasoline engine, producing a maximum capacity of 100 horsepower and a maximum torque of 152 Nm as before.
Power is transmitted to the wheels through an Xtronic CVT automatic transmission, allowing the car to consume only 23.3 km/liter (about 4.29 liters/100 km). Meanwhile, the Nissan Navara uses a 2.3L, 4-cylinder, turbocharged diesel engine with a maximum capacity of 190 horsepower and a maximum torque of 450 Nm. The engine is combined with a 7-speed automatic transmission and 1-wheel or 2-wheel drive, depending on the version.
