Prepare ingredients: Prepare a small piece of ginger, cut into small pieces and set aside. Prepare a few cloves of garlic, flatten and chop the garlic. Prepare two chili peppers, chop and set aside.

Sauce: Prepare a small bowl, add a spoon of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, a little salt and seasoning powder, then add 2 spoons of cooking wine, a little pepper and half a bowl of water, stir well. and the sauce is ready.

Blanch pig's blood: Put water in a pot, add pig's blood and blanch until cooked, then drain the water and put it on a plate, set aside.

Fry the pork blood: Put a little cooking oil in the pot, when the oil is hot, add ginger, garlic and millet and stir-fry until fragrant. avoid breaking it.

Add sauce: Then pour in the prepared sauce, stir-fry well and simmer for a while.

Add the leeks: When the stew is almost done, add the leek segments and saute until cooked.

Finish: After cutting the leeks, pour in a little starch water, stir-fry for a while and serve.
