The total production value of economic sectors was over 9,794 billion VND, reaching 42.63% of the plan, growing by 10.1%, shifting towards trade - services, industry - construction, agriculture - aquaculture. Resource mobilization and development investment were focused on; the disbursement rate of investment capital reached 56.3% of the plan. State budget revenue in the first 6 months was over 481 billion VND, of which the balanced revenue according to decentralization was over 224 billion VND, reaching 62% of the plan. Urban management, environmental sanitation, investment in urban infrastructure development, public services... were given attention and promoted. The fields of culture - society, social security, poverty reduction... were proactively implemented according to the plan; national defense, security, social order and safety were basically maintained.
