Female deputy chief of staff shares motel room with another woman's husband

On May 23, VietNamNet 's source said that the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hau Giang province has just announced the conclusion of the complaint settlement against Ms. PTHD, Deputy Chief of Office of this Department.

Accordingly, Ms. D. was accused by a woman named NTML of having an illicit relationship with Mr. TMT (Ms. L's husband). Mr. T. is currently working at the Inspectorate of Hau Giang province.

Ms. L. accused Ms. D. of 5 contents. Through verification by the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hau Giang province, 2 of the accusations were found to be well-founded.

Specifically, Ms. L. said that she discovered that her husband and Ms. D. were secretly communicating, sending offensive messages and taking pictures of intimate acts with each other. Ms. L. was unable to provide the inspection team with those messages and pictures.

However, according to the report of Hau Giang Provincial Police, there is content that Ms. D. and Mr. T. had romantic feelings for each other and many times went to the motel together to hug and kiss intimately. Therefore, the content of the accusation is well-founded.

On February 18, Ms. L. saw her husband and Ms. D. in the same room at a motel in Go Quao district, Kien Giang province, which was true, but there were no images of the two having an illicit relationship. Ms. D. did not admit to having an illicit relationship with Mr. T.

However, Ms. D. and Mr. T. made an appointment to meet and were caught by Ms. L. in the same room at the motel, and "the two met many times at the motel, so the accusation that Ms. D. and Mr. T. had secretly been in a relationship is well-founded."

The Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hau Giang province said that "there is not enough basis to conclude that there is an improper relationship between Ms. D. and Mr. T.". However, Ms. D. showed signs of violations, so the Party Committee of the Department decided to move to an inspection when there were signs of violations against her.

The Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hau Giang province concluded: “Ms. D. is not exemplary in cultivating and practicing morality and lifestyle. Although Ms. D. is married, she has a romantic relationship with another person, affecting family happiness, causing bad public opinion among cadres and party members, reducing the prestige of herself and the organization.”

Therefore, the Party Committee of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Hau Giang province agreed to assign Party Cell 1 to carry out the procedure for handling violations against Ms. D. according to its authority, with the disciplinary form of Warning. On May 12, Party Cell 1 carried out the procedure for disciplining Ms. D. with a Warning.

Regarding Mr. T., the Inspection Committee of Hau Giang Provincial Party Committee is carrying out the process of checking for signs of violations against him, because he is an official under the management of the Provincial Party Committee.
