Vuong Thuc Ha (born 2000) was born and raised in Hoi Ninh district (Gan Tuc, China) - a place with many intangible cultural heritages. The female student is passionate about traditional Chinese culture with more than 10 years of artistic sketching.
For 12 years, Vuong Thuc Ha's academic performance has always been at the top of her school and class. In 2022, participating in the China Super Intelligence program, the female student entered the Top 10 athletes with excellent individual performance.

21 years old founded the company
In 2018, Wang Shuhe was admitted to the Financial Engineering major at the College of Finance and Statistics, Hunan University (China). Entering the university environment, the female student deeply felt the importance of reviving cultural heritage.
In her first year, Wang Shuhe and her friends founded the Youth Torch Project. With the support of the school, the female student and her friends built more than 10 courses on tangible and intangible cultural heritage and unique traditional artistic heritage of China...
During the project, the female student collected valuable cultural heritage data and successfully connected with resources. Vuong Thuc Ha came up with the idea of commercializing the data. At the age of 21, the female student decided to establish her own technology company.
After finishing his second year of university, Vuong Thuc Ha applied for leave to focus on establishing Hunan Ha Phuc Cultural Technology Co., Ltd. in January 2021. Through AIGC (artificial intelligence generated content), cultural data is converted into codes in the form of images or various products.

Just starting out with no money or connections, Vuong Thuc Ha and her colleagues encountered obstacles: "We could only go step by step and constantly convince sponsors." Thanks to that, the female student was able to hone her will and become more mature.
"The journey of explorers is full of surprises, but I am still excited and confident. Difficulties give me strength." Vuong Thuc Ha hopes that his small efforts will contribute to bringing the national cultural heritage to new heights.
The young CEO confided: "What makes me happy every day is learning about unknown things. I don't know how long this happiness will last, but after learning, I want to create my own products."
Currently, the company has developed 4 original IP databases including: Ethnicity, customs, regional culture and Chinese cultural heritage, through the use of AI, it has created 16 trending cultural chains and innovative products.
After 1 year of the company's establishment, the female student shared that the revenue reached 6.26 million yuan (21.4 billion VND). To date, the revenue has increased to 18.26 million yuan (61.4 billion VND) and achieved strategic cooperation with Huawei. This success helped the 23-year-old CEO be invited by the provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to be a guest lecturer.
Corporate valuation is temporary, real value is permanent
When asked about the secret to business success, the 23-year-old female CEO shared that talent is an important criterion for recruiting good people to the company. By exploring , actively finding bright spots and combining value exchange, Ha Phuc Cultural Technology Company has many good students and researchers.
"I think everyone has their bright spots. Some people in my company are very ordinary, but when we come together, we create miracles ," said CEO Vuong Thuc Ha.
Vuong Thuc Ha's criteria for recruiting associates and employees must meet the following factors: Understanding of culture, passion for design, and skillful combination of culture and technology. Because the female CEO believes that people working in technology must understand the true meaning of design to create different products.
In the business process, the female CEO believes that time and dedication must come from the heart, instead of just determining practical value and meaning. " I don't care about superficial achievements and am not afraid of gain or loss, so I am comfortable with all my decisions."
The 23-year-old CEO believes that company valuation is only temporary, the real value it brings lasts over time and space: " Therefore, we must learn to wait and believe in ourselves ." In addition, the habit of slowing down to think, looking at oneself while waiting for others is also a guideline that helps the young CEO succeed.
Achievement is not the end goal, it is the starting point to start a business.
In 2021, Wang Shuhe returned to school after a leave of absence and took on the role of leading the team to participate in the 7th China International Internet + Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. However, Wang Shuhe and his friends' project only received a Bronze Medal.
"Our project did not make it to the finals, and then the team members left one by one. This was a competition to test the results of our project. Not winning the prize meant that the team did not do well," Vuong Thuc Ha shared.
After her failure, Vuong Thuc Ha and Hong Hinh, co-founder of the Youth Torch program, developed a community project called the Cultural Heritage Course on Campus. In 2 years, the female student taught thousands of hours to teach students in 170 primary and secondary schools in 24 provinces, rural and remote areas.

The efforts were rewarded, in December 2021, Wang Shuhe received the 2nd Cheng Siwei (father of Chinese venture capital fund) Social Enterprise Nomination from the Central Committee of the Youth Union.
Receiving the award, Wang Shuhe regained her confidence and continued to participate in the 8th China International Internet + Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition. Participating in the competition for the second time, Wang Shuhe brought an adventurous spirit and fought hard. As a result, the female student successfully brought home the Gold Medal.
Thanks to this result, in September 2022, Wang Shuhe represented Hunan University to participate in the National Business and Entrepreneurship Week held in Hefei (Anhui, China), introducing the Youth Torch Community Project.
This is the only social enterprise established by students within the framework of the week. Surpassing more than 4,200 projects from units across the country, the 23-year-old female CEO won the Gold Cup, the Creative Entrepreneur Award in the cultural field.
Success came early, honor followed one another, but behind the halo were countless failures for Vuong Thuc Ha. The female CEO confided: "I hope that in the future people will remember me not for my competition results. Through the products I create, I hope people will recognize me."
The 23-year-old female CEO believes that achievement is not the ultimate goal, it is the starting point on her difficult entrepreneurial journey. Not considering success as the most important criterion, with the spirit of not being afraid of losing and always fighting with all her might, is the factor that creates the current Vuong Thuc Ha.
