“We did not confirm a specific meeting date, only committed to contacting T1 that morning. However, we continued to communicate via phone with T1 and sent our final proposal. Unfortunately, a positive result was not achieved,” explained a Zeus representative.

However, both sides still could not narrow the gap in views. Initial sources said that T1 proposed a 1-year or 1+1-year contract, but Zeus wanted a 2-year contract.
“We never made a counteroffer on salary,” said a Zeus representative. “The initial salary T1 offered was unacceptable. Although they increased the offer to near our desired level, a one-year contract was unacceptable.”
Finally, at 3:40 p.m., Zeus' agency decided to sign a contract with another team, before T1 could even arrive at the negotiation location.
Losing Zeus could mean T1 losing many previously signed advertising contracts. According to another source, T1 is ready to file a lawsuit against Zeus' management company.
