On the afternoon of October 8, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association held a press conference to announce the summary report of the Vietnam Private Economic Forum 2025 (VPSF 2025) and introduce a training program for 10,000 chief executive officers (CEOs).
According to Mr. Dang Hong Anh, Chairman of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, the program to train 10,000 CEOs in the period of 2025-2030 has been launched. This program is long-term, specially designed, combining theory and practice, with the participation of leading experts and successful entrepreneurs.
He said the program will focus on the most urgent issues today such as modern corporate governance, digital transformation, sustainable development (ESG), building corporate culture and leadership skills... The program is expected to create a new generation of CEOs, capable of leading their businesses to the big sea.
Participants include business leaders such as Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO, Board of Directors, Board of Directors, and Board of Management at member businesses.
Sharing more with Dan Tri reporter, Ms. Pham Thi Bich Hue, Vice President of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, said that the Association wishes to bring students not only theoretical knowledge but also practical tools and skills to apply right at the enterprise, to become practical, real-life CEOs.
"This is not only a training program, but also a journey of connection, mentorship and inspiration, where each young entrepreneur will mentor two new entrepreneurs, creating a strong, united and growing community of entrepreneurs," she said.

At the event, Mr. Dang Hong Anh emphasized that institutions, policies, and administrative procedures are issues that receive great attention and are the "knot of all knots", which many businessmen want to prioritize and immediately resolve.
"For example, the overlapping and inconsistent legal regulations cause deadlock for projects. The policy environment is unstable, unpredictable and there is concern about the risk of criminalizing economic and civil relations. Systemic legal bottlenecks are holding back industrial park infrastructure investment projects...", he gave examples.
Notably, the VPSF 2025 synthesis report also proposed many breakthrough recommendations, emphasizing the implementation of a training program for 10,000 CEOs to create a generation of Vietnamese business leaders with enough heart, vision, and talent to lead sustainable development.
According to Mr. Hong Anh, in the coming time, the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association plans to build an online, transparent and regularly updated policy feedback channel, and organize regular dialogue sessions to monitor progress and promote the implementation of recommendations.
"This is a strong commitment so that initiatives from the forum do not just stop at reporting, but actually enter policy life, contributing to removing bottlenecks and creating momentum for the private economic sector to develop," he emphasized.
