Mr. Dinh Ngoc Huan was appointed Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Hanoi.

On the morning of August 23, at the headquarters of the High People's Court in Hanoi , the Supreme People's Court held a ceremony to announce and present the Decision to appoint Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Hanoi.

Comrade Nguyen Tri Tue - Member of the Party Executive Committee, Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court - attended and presented the appointment decision to comrade Dinh Ngoc Huan - Chief Justice of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Court.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, Mr. Mai Van Nam - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel of the Supreme People's Court - announced the decision of the Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court on the appointment of Mr. Dinh Ngoc Huan - Senior Judge, Chief Justice of the People's Court of Vinh Phuc Province - to the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Hanoi. The term of office of Mr. Dinh Ngoc Huan as Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Hanoi is 5 years from the date of signing.

Presenting the decision and giving a speech assigning tasks to the newly appointed comrade, Permanent Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Nguyen Tri Tue, on behalf of the Party Committee and the leadership of the Supreme People's Court, congratulated the High People's Court in Hanoi for perfecting its leadership apparatus; congratulated Mr. Dinh Ngoc Huan personally, and hoped that the new Deputy Chief Justice would further promote his abilities.

Deputy Chief Justice Nguyen Tri Tue suggested that the new Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Hanoi should continue to promote his strengths, maintain revolutionary ethics, constantly study, practice, and further improve his professional qualifications; together with the collective leadership of the High People's Court in Hanoi, direct, operate, and build an increasingly clean and strong unit, and successfully complete its tasks.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, the new Deputy Chief Justice of the High People's Court in Hanoi, Dinh Ngoc Huan, expressed his joy and deep gratitude to the Party Executive Committee, the leaders of the Supreme People's Court, the High People's Court in Hanoi, and his colleagues for their great attention and creating favorable conditions and opportunities for him to successfully complete his tasks in the past time.

Mr. Dinh Ngoc Huan is deeply aware that this is both an honor and a heavy responsibility. The new Deputy Chief Justice promises to continue to improve his expertise and professionalism, maintain his political qualities and mettle, promote his achievements, unite with the leadership team to direct and manage the unit to successfully implement the assigned political tasks, and actively contribute to the overall achievements of the People's Court system.

Mr. Dinh Ngoc Huan was born in 1969. Previously, he held positions such as Chief Justice of Quoc Oai District People's Court, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of People's Court Magazine, and Senior Judge of the High People's Court in Hanoi.

After that, Mr. Dinh Ngoc Huan was appointed Deputy Chief Justice of Vinh Phuc Provincial People's Court (May 17, 2019) and then Chief Justice of this Provincial People's Court (from June 15, 2020).
