Mr. Nguyen Hoang Bao, husband of Ms. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, has submitted a resignation letter from the position of member of the Board of Directors of VietCap Securities for personal reasons.
Mr. Hoang Bao's (Henry Nguyen) resignation decision will take effect when approved at the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of VietCap Securities, scheduled for early April.
VietCap Securities was established in 2007, formerly known as Ban Viet Securities Company. Mr. Nguyen Hoang Bao has held the position of member of the Board of Directors (BOD) since 2011.
According to the 2023 management report, Mr. Hoang Bao does not own any Vietcap shares. Ms. Nguyen Thanh Phuong, Mr. Bao's wife, is currently the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of VietCap Securities and owns more than 17.5 million VCI shares, equivalent to more than 4% of capital.
