The officers and teachers actively monitor, correct and correct the individual movements of each female militia at the end of the daily training period. In addition, the unit also organizes sports competitions between individuals and ranks in the block, thereby objectively and honestly evaluating the review and practice results of each squad and platoon, thereby firmly grasping and classifying soldiers who are weak in movements to organize further training.
During training, female militiamen are guaranteed good health care and have full emergency equipment to prevent sunstroke and heatstroke in the training area.

Major General Vu Van Dien, Commander of the Ho Chi Minh City Command, assessed that the Southern female guerrillas participating in mission A80 this time continued the bravery and steadfast qualities of Southern women during the resistance war, but with a new, youthful, modern appearance, full of courage and aspiration to contribute.
"The female militia are typical representatives of the young generation of Ho Chi Minh City, dynamic, brave, loyal and responsible, worthy of being the generation inheriting the tradition of the female guerrillas of the South in the past. Participating in the National Day parade on September 2 is a great honor, a special political task that demonstrates the trust of the Party Committee, government and people of the city in you. At the same time, it is also a message to friends at home and abroad that the heroic tradition of the Vietnamese people, especially of Vietnamese women, is still being preserved and continued by the young generation," said Major General Vu Van Dien.
