Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam was appointed as Director of the Department of Construction from September 5, 2024.

On the morning of August 22, the Provincial People's Committee held a conference to announce the decision to appoint the Director of the Department of Construction. Attending the conference were comrade Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Nam province.

Comrade Le Van Dung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presented the decision to appoint Director of the Department of Construction to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam.

According to Decision No. 1959 of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tam - Director of the Provincial Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board was transferred and appointed to hold the position of Director of the Quang Nam Department of Construction for a period of 5 years from September 5, 2024.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung hoped that in his new position, the new Director of the Department of Construction would continue to promote his political qualities, quickly grasp the work, constantly strive, practice, and improve his professional expertise; have a progressive spirit; be proactive, creative, and innovate both thinking and working methods to solve difficulties and problems, and bring the agency and unit to develop in the coming time. At the same time, he would promote the responsibility of the leader to do a good job in planning, implementing planning and managing planning; managing prices of construction materials, procedures and quality of works.
