At the conference, comrade Phan Van Binh - Deputy Head in charge of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee announced Decision No. 1664, dated October 28, 2024 of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on accepting and appointing comrade Pham Hong Quang - Director of the Department of Information and Communications to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department from November 4, 2024. The term of office is 5 years.
Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Duc Dung presented the decision, presented flowers, and congratulated comrade Pham Hong Quang on being trusted by the Standing Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee to take on new tasks.
Comrade Nguyen Duc Dung hopes that Comrade Pham Hong Quang will soon approach the new task, promoting his experience in leadership and direction from the Department of Information and Communications when working at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department.
According to comrade Nguyen Duc Dung, in the context of preparing for party congresses at all levels towards the 23rd Provincial Party Congress, the tasks of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department are very heavy. In particular, it is assigned a very important task - to be the agency to draft the Political Report to be submitted to the 23rd Provincial Party Congress.
Comrade Pham Hong Quang, together with the leadership, cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, will continue to promote the tradition of solidarity and unanimity, strive to promote collective and individual intelligence to successfully complete assigned tasks, to be worthy of the expectations and trust of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Pham Hong Quang said that he has worked in the Information and Communications sector for 27 years and worked for 9 years at the Department of Information and Communications. Being assigned by the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to work at the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, a new environment, he knows that he will encounter difficulties and promises to try to approach the new position as quickly as possible, and to fulfill the assigned duties and tasks well.
At the same time, we hope that the leadership, cadres and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department will continue to support and assist us to quickly approach the work and join hands to excellently complete the assigned political tasks.
Previously, on October 25, 2024, the People's Committee of Quang Nam province issued Decision No. 2541 on transferring Mr. Pham Hong Quang - Director of the Department of Information and Communications to work at the Quang Nam Provincial Party Committee, starting from November 4, 2024.
