After nearly 3 years of implementation, the "Panasonic for Sustainable Schools" program has brought STEM experiences and environmental classes to nearly 82,000 students from more than 100 schools across the country, attracting tens of thousands of experiences of online activities on digital platforms.
The "Panasonic for Sustainable Schools" program is designed based on STEM-related subjects in the general education program for students in Vietnam, combined with environmental content according to the orientation of the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam. In addition, the program also provides basic knowledge about Robotics and programming according to the general trend of the 4.0 era.
The program helps students have the opportunity to learn knowledge and practice STEM, combining content based on topics towards sustainable development including Air Quality, Sustainable Energy, Waste Management, Climate Change, Biodiversity. Concepts that seem strange now become practical, easy-to-understand lessons, helping future generations to form awareness and come up with solutions to real social and local problems through the development of STEM learning methods.

One of the experiences that students enjoy is Robotics classes, with natural science lessons linked to real-life situations, through the experience of assembling and programming automatic robot models.

In addition to STEM content, the program offers environmental classes that not only provide students with knowledge about the current situation, causes, and solutions in various environmental topics such as air, water, energy, and waste, but also always create excitement for students when participating as a bonding activity.

In addition to attending in-person classes at school, students can freely explore STEM through the vivid AR/VR Digital Library, or easily get acquainted with programming and computer science when participating in online classes within the program.
Students are free to experience and explore knowledge on digital platforms.
Not only providing experiential classes, Panasonic also regularly participates in common events of the community of science enthusiasts and explorers across the country, contributing to the development of STEM education in Vietnam.

Last February, Panasonic signed a cooperation agreement with the Department of Education and Training of Hoa Binh province to implement the "Panasonic for Sustainable Schools" program for the next two years in schools across the province. This is a stepping stone for the program to continue expanding to schools in all regions of the country, especially those with many difficulties in accessing modern educational methods.
The first STEM classes of the program were implemented in Mai Chau district, Hoa Binh province.
Panasonic also officially launched the "Creating STEM with You" contest in 2025 from February 15 to May 15, opening a playground for students to maximize their creativity, teamwork skills and apply knowledge into practice to solve social problems.
With persistent and dedicated efforts, the "Panasonic for Sustainable Schools" program promises to inspire and nurture future talents and is an affirmation of Panasonic's strong commitment in the next 50-year journey, for the prosperity and sustainable development of Vietnam.
