- On the morning of October 14, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a conference to provide social feedback on the draft Resolution of the Provincial People's Council on the first land price list in 2026 in Lang Son province. Comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Van, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee, representatives of the Provincial People's Council's Economic - Budget Committee; leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment (the agency in charge of advising on the drafting of the Resolution); representatives of a number of relevant agencies and units, the Provincial Business Association, provincial socio -political organizations, advisory councils of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and a number of experts in related fields.

According to the submission of the Provincial People's Committee, the issuance of the land price list aims to promptly implement state management of land in accordance with the provisions of the 2024 Land Law and ensure consistency with the practical situation in the locality .
The draft resolution includes basic contents such as: Specific criteria for determining the location of each type of land in the land price list; regulations on the number of land locations in the land price list; specific regulations on the price list of land types in the province. The general principle when determining the price of land types according to the resolution is based on the actual area, land location, distance to traffic routes (for agricultural land groups); profitability, distance to traffic routes, streets and conditions, level of infrastructure investment favorable for living, business and service provision (for non-agricultural land groups). The price list applies from January 1, 2026.

At the conference, delegates gave comments and criticisms on the draft's correctness, scientific nature, feasibility, harmony, and impact on the economy and society. Many opinions suggested that the agency in charge of advising on the drafting should review the method of land valuation in rural areas, re-evaluate areas with excessive price increases; update actual land price fluctuations, and the impact of the land price list when issued on the investment environment, production and business activities and the real estate market, compensation, resettlement support, and auction of land use rights in the area.
At the same time, there are opinions that it is necessary to assess the impact of the first land price list in 2026 in the province when it is issued on the rights and interests of the people and the prevention of complaints and disputes during the implementation process.

During the program, leaders of the Department of Agriculture and Environment explained and clarified the contents and received feedback.
After the conference, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province will synthesize written comments and send them to the drafting agency to receive, supplement and adjust the contents to complete the draft resolution, ensuring compliance with regulations, suitability with reality, and creating social consensus when promulgating and applying.
