Contribute significantly to socio -economic development and Party building

The report of Soc Son District Party Committee shows that with the participation of the entire political system, mass mobilization work has achieved many successes. Thereby, it has made an important contribution to socio-economic development, building a clean and strong Party and political system.

Accordingly, the district has promoted the implementation of publicity, transparency, and simplification of administrative procedures; implemented the "one-stop" and "one-stop" mechanisms; applied information technology to the management work of all levels and sectors to better meet the needs of organizations and people.

In addition, from 2021 to present, the district has had 142 models and typical examples registered and recognized at the district level, 1,041 models and typical examples at the grassroots level and 2 models receiving Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the City People's Committee in implementing the emulation movement of skillful mass mobilization. 2 models of "Skillful Mass Mobilization" of the district were also selected and published in the book "Skillful Mass Mobilization in Cultural Development, Building Elegant and Civilized Hanoians " published by the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee.

In addition, from 2021 to present, Soc Son district has organized 81 regular dialogues, including 78 commune-level conferences with a total of 1,009 opinions; 3 district-level dialogue conferences with a total of 100 opinions. In particular, there have been more than 40 ad hoc dialogues to resolve issues arising in the district...

Identifying mass mobilization work as the responsibility of the entire political system

Concluding the meeting, Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission Do Anh Tuan commended, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the implementation of mass mobilization work in Soc Son district. With the efforts of the entire district's political system, the mass mobilization work of the Soc Son district Party Committee has actively contributed to the results of the implementation of the tasks of Party building and the political system, and socio-economic development of the district in recent years.

Regarding the tasks in the coming time, the Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee requested Soc Son district to focus on leading, directing, and improving the effectiveness of organizing the implementation of resolutions and directives of the Central Committee and the City Party Committee on mass mobilization work. It is necessary to identify mass mobilization work as the responsibility of the entire political system, each cadre, party member, union member, association member, civil servant, and public employee. Mass mobilization work is not only a requirement and task, but also an intrinsic need, an important solution to successfully lead and carry out all tasks and needs to be deployed simultaneously and synchronously with the fields of Party building work in terms of political ideology, ethics, organization, inspection and supervision.

In addition, Soc Son District Party Committee needs to continue to direct the implementation of Directive No. 07-CT/TU, dated October 1, 2021 of the City Party Committee on "Promoting and improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of State agencies", Directive No. 24-CT/TU dated August 7, 2023 of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on "Strengthening discipline, discipline and responsibility for handling work in the political system of Hanoi City" and the Action Program to implement Directive No. 24-CT/TU of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee. Focus on implementing government mass mobilization work, focusing on improving the district's administrative reform ranking index. Improve the level of satisfaction of people and businesses with the service of authorities at all levels in conjunction with strengthening citizen reception, handling complaints and denunciations.

The Head of the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee also requested Soc Son district to continue to expand and strongly promote democracy at the grassroots level, in conjunction with reviewing, amending and supplementing the conventions and village regulations of the residential community. Along with that, it is necessary to increase the use of social networks and modern forms of communication to propagate and disseminate the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's and the city's laws and policies to the majority of people in the district.

In particular, it is necessary to continue promoting the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" to truly become a vibrant emulation movement, attracting the participation of a large number of cadres, party members, union members, association members and people of all walks of life. At the same time, the emulation movement "Skillful Mass Mobilization" is linked to the organization of activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Liberation Day of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024), the 25th anniversary of Hanoi being honored as "City for Peace" and implementing Directive No. 30-CT/TU of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee on "Strengthening the leadership of Party committees at all levels in building elegant and civilized Hanoians". Thereby, contributing to building Soc Son district into a Northern City of Hanoi according to the development orientation of the Capital.
