Colonel Huynh Van Khoi (Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command) confirmed the emulation covenant of agencies and units.
The first thing is “Highest will, awareness, and responsibility”. In particular, focusingon educating and propagating to the provincial military officers and soldiers to fully and deeply understand the position, great stature, and great historical value of the August Revolution, the birth of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam (now the Socialist Republic of Vietnam) in the history of the struggle to build and defend the country; studying, thoroughly grasping, and effectively implementing resolutions, directives, conclusions, and regulations of the Party, State, and army on military, national defense, and Fatherland protection tasks in the new situation; adjusting the organization of the force to be lean, compact, and strong; the Project on organizing local military agencies and the Border Guard to create a solid foundation for building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and modern army.
The second is "Implementing political tasks with the highest results", including: Thoroughly grasping and implementing military and defense plans and tasks for the last 6 months of 2025; strictly managing airspace, sea and island areas, borders, inland areas, and cyberspace; promptly advising and effectively handling all situations, avoiding being passive or surprised. The provincial military coordinates with other forces to maintain political security, social order and safety; preventing, combating, and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and catastrophes, searching and rescuing, fighting against crimes, protecting state assets, and people's lives...
The third is "Building a disciplined, law-abiding, and strictest discipline; reforming military administration, making breakthroughs in innovation, creativity, digital transformation, and implementing the "Digital Popularization" movement to achieve the highest results". Making every effort to improve the quality of building a comprehensively strong unit "Exemplary, typical"; strengthening ideological management, discipline, human management, and military-human relations to create solid changes; striving to have no serious violations, incidents affecting the nature, tradition of the army, and the image of "Uncle Ho's soldiers". Emulating the synchronous and effective implementation of digital transformation; the "Digital Popularization" movement in the provincial military; promoting the digitization of documents, personal digital signatures, processing 100% of non-confidential documents, and handling all work in the electronic environment. Strive for over 80% of officers and soldiers to understand digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills; Use smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services.
At the Information Company (Staff Department), the competitive spirit is clearly demonstrated through each activity of the unit's officers and soldiers. "Where there are leaders, commanders, and soldiers, there is communication". Therefore, in the work of leadership, command, and implementation of the emulation movement to win, or in peak emulation periods, the unit has many individuals who have achieved impressive results in performing their tasks.
Captain Nguyen Trong Nhan (Company Political Commissar) said: “We strictly maintain combat readiness, contributing to ensuring the safety of the unit and the stationed area. Training is organized according to the motto, viewpoint, principles, and combinations; training subjects ensures 100% of the number of troops; the test results strive to meet 100% of the requirements, of which 75% or more are good or excellent.”
Battalion 511 (Infantry Regiment 892) is stationed in many wards and communes on the border of An Giang province, with the key tasks of training, combat readiness, building a strong and comprehensive unit, and building discipline. Major Tran Thanh Ly (Political Commissar) informed that the Party Committee and the battalion command have thoroughly disseminated each content and emulation target to all officers and soldiers, focusing on 3 main contents: 100% of officers and soldiers have strong political will, clear thinking, ready to receive and complete well all assigned tasks. Strictly maintain discipline, strictly comply with military discipline, State laws and unit regulations; there are no serious disciplinary violations. Focus on good training, high combat readiness, improving the quality of logistics and technical work; ensure absolute safety in all activities.
“We focus on the core and key content of “Highest Will, Awareness, and Responsibility”. Because with a strong mindset and high determination, any task, no matter how difficult, can be overcome, especially in the context of dispersed units with very different living and working conditions. To ensure equal emulation effectiveness among units, the battalion strengthens leadership and direction in a flexible, close, and focused manner; promotes the role of Party cells and cadres in charge (linking the responsibility of cadres to the results of the units they are in charge of); maintains the routine of regular meetings and consultations through smooth communication channels. In particular, organizing creative emulation models at the unit, such as: “One good deed a day”, “One beautiful action a week”, “Setting an example for cadres”, helps create a vibrant emulation atmosphere” - Major Tran Thanh Ly emphasized.
“The emulation period will take place from July 10 to October 31, 2025. Based on the content and targets launched by the Provincial Military Command, agencies and units will develop specific plans to specify the content and targets of the emulation based on the characteristics of the situation and tasks of the unit; thoroughly disseminate them to all officers and soldiers under their authority. At the end of the emulation period, conduct a preliminary summary and review and commend and reward according to regulations" - Colonel Huynh Van Khoi (Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command) suggested.
