Accordingly, in order to urgently rebuild and repair houses for families whose houses were damaged in the recent natural disasters, ensuring that all people have houses, worship their ancestors, and enjoy the Lunar New Year and the New Year 2026, the Prime Minister requested the Chairmen of the People's Committees of provinces and cities from Ha Tinh to Lam Dong, focusing on the provinces of Dak Lak , Khanh Hoa, Gia Lai and Lam Dong to organize the development of specific plans, launch and immediately deploy the "Quang Trung Campaign" on December 1 to mobilize all forces and quickly rebuild and repair houses for families whose houses collapsed, washed away, or were damaged in the recent historic storms and floods in the central regions.
Mobilize the army, police, youth, women, veterans, agencies, organizations, businesses and the entire political system to support house repairs for families with severely damaged houses, to be completed no later than December 31; rebuild houses and resettle all families whose houses have collapsed, washed away no later than January 31, 2026.
Report on the specific implementation plan and the need for support from the central budget (if any) to build and repair houses damaged by the floods from November 16-22, send them to the Government Office and the Ministry of Finance before December 3 for synthesis and reporting to the Prime Minister. At the same time, compile and report to the Prime Minister (through the Government Office, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment) the number of households affected by the recent storm and floods, except for households that have received support to rebuild and repair severely damaged houses before December 3.
The Minister of Agriculture and Environment guides localities to arrange land for resettlement areas, if land must be arranged to relocate households out of landslides, flood-swept areas, and dangerous areas, to be completed before December 5.
The Minister of Finance shall preside over and coordinate with relevant ministries and branches to review and synthesize proposals for support plans from the central budget for the provinces of Dak Lak, Gia Lai, Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong to build and repair houses for affected households, to be completed before December 5...
