Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command deploys construction and repair of houses for people in flood-affected areas

On the morning of December 1, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Military Command held a conference to deploy a plan to build and repair houses for people after floods in the province with the theme "Quang Trung Campaign, lightning speed". Colonel Nguyen Tuy - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command chaired the conference.

According to the plan, the Provincial Military Command will coordinate with Naval Region 4 to establish 40 teams of workers, each team has 12-17 members, including 3-5 masons to support the construction and repair of houses for households damaged by floods in the province. The plan determines the time to complete and hand over the houses to families before January 31, 2026.

Speaking at the conference, Colonel Nguyen Tuy requested the Party committees and commanders of agencies and units to thoroughly grasp and strictly implement the plan of the Provincial Military Command on the task of building and repairing houses for people that have collapsed or been damaged by floods; during the implementation process, it is necessary to closely coordinate with local authorities and households to ensure the quality of construction works; to evaluate the results, draw lessons and promptly commend and reward collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in performing assigned tasks.
