According to the Provincial Hydrometeorological Station, at 7:00 a.m. on December 1, the eye of the storm was located at about 14.7 degrees North latitude; 111.6 degrees East longitude, in the northwest sea area of the central East Sea. The strongest wind near the eye of the storm was level 8 (62-74 km/h), gusting to level 10.

Moving slowly westward. Forecast by 7am on December 2, the storm will gradually weaken, with the strongest winds at level 6, gusting to level 8; by 7pm on December 2, the storm will weaken into a low pressure area.
