The strongest wind near the eye of the storm was level 8 (62-74 km/h), gusting to level 10.
Moving slowly westward. Forecast by 7am on December 2, the storm will gradually weaken, with the strongest winds at level 6, gusting to level 8; by 7pm on December 2, the storm will weaken into a low pressure area.

It is forecasted that in the next 24-72 hours, the northwest sea area of the central East Sea will have strong winds of level 6; near the eye of the storm will have strong winds of level 7-8, gusting to level 10; waves 2-4m high, near the eye of the storm 3-5m; rough seas. Ships operating in the above-mentioned dangerous areas are likely to be affected by storms, strong winds, and waves.
In the next 24 hours, Vinh Long will have variable clouds, mostly sunny during the day, and generally no rain at night. Light wind. Vinh Long sea area will have showers and thunderstorms in some places. West to Southwest wind level 3-4, waves from 0.5-1.5m high, normal sea.
