MBG Lac Sanh Phu Yen Joint Stock Company, invests in the eco-tourism and environmental interpretation site of the Botanical Garden, in Sub-area 615, in the administrative service subdivision; the forest environment rental area is 77.1 hectares, with a total investment of 91 billion VND.

Greenscape Project Development and Investment Management Consulting Joint Stock Company, invested in the Km8 resort, in Sub-area 245, in the production forest planning (located on the left side of Provincial Road 562 from Forest Ranger Station No. 6 to the National Park); forest environment rental area of ​​76ha, total investment of 310 billion VND.

Viet Green Ecotourism Joint Stock Company invested in the Tourism Management and Operation Center and Ba Tay Hill Resort, in Sub-area 615A, in the Service - Administration subdivision (500m from the Park Management Board headquarters); forest environment rental area of ​​83ha, total investment of 76 billion VND.

The forest environment lease term is 30 years. Every 5 years, the contract performance will be evaluated to consider extending the lease term in accordance with the law.
