At the seminar, a number of writers, poets, teachers and representatives of the Vietnam Education Publishing House exchanged and discussed the current situation and solutions for developing reading culture in the context of the digital age.

Discussions focused on analyzing the challenges in attracting students to books, and proposed coordination between schools, families and publishers to build an effective reading environment, turning reading into a good habit. Many opinions emphasized the long-term goal of building a generation of students who are not only good at knowledge but also have a love and skill for reading.
Appreciating the opinions shared by the speakers, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Education Publishing House, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Van Tung said: The issues and solutions raised at the seminar are all of practical significance to schools, parents, students as well as publishing units, including Vietnam Education Publishing House. This is an important basis for forming reading habits for students, aiming to build a generation of students who are not only good at knowledge but also rich in love and reading skills.
Within the framework of the exhibition of national achievements, Vietnam Education Publishing House participated in the exhibition area of the "Creativity for construction" space in the area of 12 cultural industry fields chaired by the Department of Publishing, Printing and Distribution (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism).
Here, the Vietnam Education Publishing House displays many typical products, notably two sets of textbooks according to the 2018 General Education Program, namely "Connecting knowledge with life" and "Creative horizons" along with reference books, pedagogical skills, story books for children, learning materials and teaching aids.
The representative of the Vietnam Education Publishing House said that participating in this exhibition is not only a duty but also a source of pride, an opportunity to affirm its great contributions to the cause of "growing people", accompanying the process of building an advanced and humane Vietnamese education.
