On August 12, Chinese media reported that the CVB rating (official viewership rating) of the drama "You Are More Beautiful Than The Stars" starring Tan Songyun and Xu Kai reached an average of 0.534%/episode.

This is currently the highest achievement among the TV series that have aired on Hunan TV (China) in 2024. Previously, in 2023, the CVB rating champion of Hunan TV belonged to another drama by Tan Songyun, "Quy Lo" (co-starring with Tinh Bach Nhien).

Meanwhile, "Truong Tuong Tu 2" (played by Duong Tu) - the initially considered "heavyweight" competitor of "Em dep hon ca anh sao" was confirmed to have achieved CVB rating of 0.249/episode, when broadcast on Jiangsu TV.

This number is even lower than the 0.261% that the historical drama "The Legend of Fuyao" (played by Bai Jingting and Song Yi) received when it was rebroadcast.

According to the media, the success of the movie "You Are More Beautiful Than The Stars" not only strengthened the position of Dam Tung Van and Hua Khai in the entertainment industry but also helped them receive many new offers.

However, before officially announcing the new project, the two stars are currently resting, waiting for the new film to air.

As for Dam Tung Van, in early August, she received good news when the movie "Thuc Cam Nhan Gia" co-starring with Trinh Nghiep Thanh was also granted a broadcasting license with 40 episodes.
