The police force promptly deployed professional measures to provide first aid, medical support and bring the victim to headquarters for further care. Through information verification, Loc Dien Commune Police identified this person as HNH (born in 1998, residing in Bich Bac village, Dien Hoa commune, Dien Ban district, Quang Nam province) - a person who had been missing for a long time due to mental illness.

After identifying the identity, Loc Dien Commune Police proactively contacted the victim's family. Mr. H's mother, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong, immediately went to Hue to pick up her son and sent a letter of thanks to the Loc Dien Commune Police officers for their sense of responsibility and dedication to serving the people.
