With the goal of promoting and strongly boosting the potential and intelligence of young intellectuals in Hue city in the context of international integration, the forum not only creates a meaningful space for young intellectuals to exchange, learn and promote the spirit of innovation, daring to think, daring to do, daring to commit, but also a place to inspire, arouse the will to establish a career and a strong desire to contribute.

Through the forum, the Association wishes to affirm the city’s scientific and technological potential, while promoting human resource development, enhancing international cooperation and integration in science. Representatives of the Department of Science and Technology, Department of Foreign Affairs... also shared at the forum about local mechanisms and policies on science and technology, innovation, digital transformation to support young intellectuals to reach out to international integration; the role of foreign affairs in promoting integration in science, technology and innovation to connect and enhance the team of young intellectuals.

Many Hue specialty products have been commercialized from the research and creativity of young Hue intellectuals.
