Hue has a new Director of the Center for Disease Control

On December 5, Hue City Department of Health held a Conference to announce the Decision on transferring and appointing the Director of Hue City Center for Disease Control.

At the conference, MSc. Nguyen Thi Ba Hong, Deputy Chief of the Office of the Department of Health, announced the Decision of the People's Committee of Hue City on the transfer and appointment of Dr. Thai Van Tuan, Chief of the Office of the Department of Health, to hold the position of Director of the Hue City Center for Disease Control. The term of office is 5 years, from December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2030.

DSCKI Le Viet Bac, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, presented the decision to BSCKII Thai Van Tuan.

Speaking at the conference, Dr. Le Viet Bac, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, congratulated Dr. Thai Van Tuan on being trusted by the city leaders and the Department of Health and assigned new responsibilities; at the same time, he expressed his hope that Dr. Thai Van Tuan will continue to promote his capacity, sense of responsibility, solidarity with the unit, and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

In his acceptance speech, MD, PhD Thai Van Tuan affirmed that he will make every effort to inherit and promote the achieved results, making the Center increasingly strong, contributing to improving the effectiveness of preventive medicine work in particular and the work of protecting and taking care of people's health in general in the city.
