Accordingly, at 11:48 p.m. on December 3, the Department of Reproductive Health Care and Obstetrics - Khoai Chau Medical Center received a particularly serious emergency case. The patient, Ms. Le Thi T (born in 1987, residing in Chau Ninh commune, Hung Yen province), was admitted to the hospital in a state of severe abdominal pain, dizziness, pale mucous membranes and low blood pressure.

Upon admission, the doctors quickly examined, performed ultrasound and necessary emergency tests. The consultation results showed that the patient had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, causing circulatory collapse, directly threatening her life if not treated promptly. Recognizing this as a dangerous case, the emergency surgical team was immediately activated in the shortest time possible.
