In the urgent directive issued, along with assigning specific tasks, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan requested that, starting from October 26, 2024 until the storm ends, periodically before 3:00 p.m. every day, relevant levels and sectors must synthesize and report the implementation results to the Provincial People's Committee.
On the afternoon of October 24, according to Dan Viet reporter, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan, urgently directed the relevant departments to deploy preventive measures against storm TRAMI.

Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan stated that according to forecasts, this afternoon (October 24), storm TRAMI is likely to enter the East Sea and become storm number 6.
This is a strong storm with very complex and unpredictable developments, especially with a very high possibility of directly affecting Quang Ngai province.
Therefore, in order to proactively respond and ensure the safety of people's lives and property and the state in the province, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan requested leaders of agencies, units and localities to urgently deploy prevention measures.
Heads of agencies, units and localities are only allowed to go on business trips outside the province when necessary, cannot be absent at the request of the Central Ministries and branches and must have the consent of the competent authority.
Timely direct and organize storm response measures according to assigned functions, tasks and disaster response plans of agencies, units and localities.

Members of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, Search and Rescue, according to their assigned functions and tasks, urgently went to their assigned areas to coordinate, urge, and inspect disaster preparedness and response work at units and localities.
Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee Tran Hoang Tuan emphasized that starting from October 26, 2024 until the storm ends, periodically before 3:00 p.m. every day, the implementation results must be summarized and reported to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue) to report to the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development when requested.
According to information from the Quang Ngai Provincial Border Guard Command, as of 1 p.m. on October 24, the entire province had 306 fishing boats/3,783 workers operating in the sea.
