Chi Lang High School currently has 29 classes with 1,205 students; the staff includes 106 teachers, 55 staff. The school is equipped with 29 classrooms and many functional rooms. For many years, the high school graduation rate and the first-choice university admission rate have reached 100%, many students are valedictorians and salutatorians of universities.
The school is oriented towards developing a high-quality, inter-level educational model associated with practical experience. With the motto "Becoming a good person - Progress - Success", the school has implemented many solutions. In particular, the school's activities are integrated with the content of patriotic education through activities: Revolutionary song festival, weekly flag-raising ceremonies, experiential trips to red addresses, visiting and giving gifts to families with revolutionary contributions... Students receive specific career counseling, learn about careers at major universities. Students study subjects to obtain international certificates such as: SAT, MOS, Ielts... Students participate in many clubs with the guidance of good teachers and coaches to develop their talents (free of charge). At the same time, they study advanced programs such as robotics programming, scientific research, and are encouraged and supported to travel abroad. The school always creates conditions for teachers to study and improve their expertise, creating the most favorable conditions to attract good teachers to the school. The school also offers many scholarships to poor but good students.

Sao Viet Primary, Secondary and High School has a total of 46 classes with 1,865 students, including 23 ethnic minority students; the team consists of 168 teachers and 60 staff. The school has 47 classrooms, along with many modern functional rooms such as: library, GrapSEED English classroom, soccer field, swimming pool, Piano room, Robotics, Dron... Students actively participate in competitions, academic and sports playgrounds and have achieved many high achievements.
Faced with increasing demand for learning while facilities are limited, school representatives recommended that provincial leaders, the Department of Education and Training, and relevant agencies pay attention to supporting land allocation and creating conditions for expanding schools and campuses.

Speaking at the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized that the core foundation for developing science and technology is education and training. Gia Lai province always pays attention to promoting the socialization of education to create a dynamic learning environment with healthy competition, contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education and training.
Through understanding the actual situation, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and commended the achievements that Chi Lang High School and Sao Viet Primary, Secondary and High School have achieved in recent times. The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee said that the success of the two schools stems from the dedication, responsibility and passion of the management staff and teachers. It is the teachers who have lit the fire of love for the profession, inspired innovation in methods, improved professional capacity, thereby creating comprehensive changes in educational activities. The two schools have not followed the beaten path, but have proactively innovated their teaching thinking, contributing to the formation of a creative learning environment and comprehensive development of students' capacity.
With the proposals of the schools at the working session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Education and Training and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to support and guide the schools to remove difficulties and obstacles related to procedures.
The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the teaching staff of the schools will continue to maintain their development orientation; at the same time, proactively approach and select educational programs suitable to the practical conditions of the locality, contributing to improving the quality of teaching and learning, and continuing to reap more success in the coming time.
