Dien Bien TV - On November 18, the Working Group of the Provincial People's Committee led by Mr. Vu A Bang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, inspected, urged, removed difficulties and obstacles, promoted disbursement of public investment capital and worked with Muong Nhe district on the situation of socio -economic development, ensuring national defense and security in 2024.

In 2024, Muong Nhe district achieved some outstanding results: Total production value at current prices is estimated at 1,900 billion VND, an increase of more than 17% compared to 2023; economic structure shifted in a determined direction, gradually increasing the proportion of industry - construction , trade - services, reducing the proportion of agriculture - forestry and fishery.
Total grain output increased by nearly 15%; livestock growth rate reached nearly 7%. The project to support production development from the capital of the National Target Programs was implemented and achieved many positive results.
The political security situation, social order and safety are stable, the border markers and national border sovereignty are maintained. However, by the end of November 15, 2024, Muong Nhe district has only disbursed nearly 43% of the assigned capital plan. Some projects still have low disbursement of public investment capital.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Vu A Bang, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, requested Muong Nhe district to continue mobilizing and integrating resources to develop production, especially focusing on implementing well the projects to support production development in the direction of linking and diversifying community livelihoods under national target programs in the area.
Review the contents of the term resolution targets, develop specific tasks and solutions to be implemented in 2025 to complete the set targets; regularly check, urge, supervise, and closely manage the construction progress and quality of the works.
