*On the same day, more than 400 officers and soldiers of Regiment 174 continued to support people in Nam Cuong ward, Yen Bai ward, Viet Hong commune and Tran Yen commune (Lao Cai province).
On October 5, the unit coordinated with local authorities to clear more than 9.7km of roads; leveled more than 1,780 m of mud and garbage; supported more than 80 households in cleaning their houses; and reinforced more than 60m of dike.

During 5 days (from October 1 to October 5), officers and soldiers of Regiment 174 visited 4 locations: Nam Cuong ward, Yen Bai ward, Viet Hong commune, Tran Yen commune ( Lao Cai province). Of which, they cleared and cleared 49.7km of roads; leveled and cleared more than 6,660m3 of mud and trash, and supported 416 households.
