At the same time, the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment Management requested the Can Tho Department of Health to urgently direct the Can Tho City Hematology and Blood Transfusion Hospital to immediately implement short-term and long-term solutions to provide enough blood and blood products for hospitals within the scope of coverage for blood and blood products; strictly implement Official Dispatch No. 1758/BYT-KCB dated March 30, 2023 of the Ministry of Health on the implementation of Resolution No. 30/NQ-CP dated March 4, 2023 on continuing to implement solutions to ensure drugs, medical equipment and Decree No. 07/2023/ND-CP dated March 3, 2023 of the Government, in order to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment; take responsibility if the shortage of blood and blood products affects patients.
