This is a regular and periodic activity from the beginning of the term of the National Assembly deputies to the localities to receive citizens with the heads of Party committees and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities according to the Regulations on receiving citizens and meeting voters of the National Assembly deputies of Hai Duong province, term XV, term 2021 - 2026. The fact that the provincial National Assembly deputies periodically visit the districts to receive people helps to promptly listen to the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of voters right from the grassroots level.

At the meeting, 6 citizens and groups of citizens in Van Hoi, Dong Tam, Hong Phuc and Tan Huong communes reflected and requested a number of issues related to land disputes and policy resolution.

At the citizen reception, Ms. Trinh Thi Thin (born in 1954, residing in Dong Tam commune) requested to be granted funeral allowance, monthly survivor allowance, and one-time war invalid allowance when her husband, Mr. Pham Van Boc (a war invalid with a 35% body injury rate who died in June 2023).

Before marrying Ms. Thin, Mr. Boc had 2 children (his first wife had died). Up to now, because Mr. Pham Van Boc's relatives (Ms. Trinh Thi Thin and Mr. Pham Van Boc's 2 children) have not agreed on the person receiving the subsidy (authorized), the implementation of the above policies has not been carried out.

Ninh Giang district leaders assigned the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs to coordinate and guide the settlement of benefits for Ms. Thin in accordance with regulations.

Regarding other contents at the citizen reception, comrade Pham Van Khanh, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Ninh Giang District Party Committee directly responded to many contents of citizens' reflections and recommendations, and at the same time directed specialized agencies and localities to receive and promptly resolve them according to regulations.
