Ensuring supply to the market

In the first 5 months of 2025, Phu My has maintained stable and flexible production and business activities, supplying the market with more than 550,000 tons of various types of Phu My fertilizers, contributing to stabilizing the market in a volatile context. Specifically, Phu My Urea business output is estimated at 320,000 tons, completing 104% of the plan; Phu My NPK recorded an estimated output of more than 73,000 tons, equivalent to 125% of the plan. In particular, the amount of Phu My Potassium brought to the market with an estimated output of over 93,000 tons, equivalent to 89% of the yearly plan.

In preparation for the peak of the Summer-Autumn crop, PVFCCo will continue to bring to the market about 100,000 tons of fertilizer in June 2025 alone. The Corporation has proactively distributed goods to key areas such as the Mekong Delta, the Central Highlands, the South Central Coast, etc. Combined with the inventory at Phu My's warehouse system and agents, Phu My is capable of supplying nearly half a million tons of Phu My fertilizer for this Summer-Autumn crop/rainy season, helping farmers to sow and fertilize in time in unpredictable weather conditions.

In particular, the application of a new business model combined with digital transformation in management and operations has helped PVFCCo respond more quickly and flexibly to market fluctuations, proactively source goods and optimize production and business activities. Along with the launch of a new brand identity, Phu My products have been packaged in an improved design, making it easier for farmers to identify and more convenient to use.
