The Hanoi Center for Disease Control has coordinated with relevant units to monitor water quality and hygiene at 20 water supply facilities in the city, noting that all units have conducted internal inspections of clean water quality with sufficient number of parameter samples and frequency according to QCVN 01-1:2024/BYT.

Director of the Hanoi Center for Disease Control Bui Van Hao informed that the unit has arranged 3 mobile epidemic prevention teams on duty at the center, each team has 6 members, ready to coordinate epidemiological investigation, collect samples and handle epidemics in emergency situations. The center assigns specific tasks to specialized departments and offices to monitor, handle the environment and respond to epidemics.
The Center conducts statistical reports on the epidemic situation and activities to respond to the A80th Anniversary celebration upon request.
The Hanoi Center for Disease Control closely monitors the health of passengers entering Noi Bai International Airport using body temperature scanners and other professional measures, in order to promptly detect suspected cases of infectious diseases entering Hanoi (especially those coming from areas with outbreaks).

The Center coordinates with health stations to monitor and proactively detect patients with infectious diseases at public and non-public hospitals/medical facilities in the city.
There are 8 mobile anti-epidemic teams of the Center assigned to be in charge of 126 new communes and wards after the merger; they have organized supervision and supported most communes and wards according to plan.
