Thus, the total number of compensation plans approved by the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district is 59 plans with a total approved value of more than 39.2 billion VND. The total number of households that have had their land recovered and approved compensation plans is 453 households and organizations. The value of disbursed capital for site clearance allocated is more than 39.2/45 billion VND (accounting for 87.13%).

The project to renovate and upgrade National Highway 14E through Phuoc Son district is 23.78km long. Of which, the section through Phuoc Hiep commune is 9.34km long, through Phuoc Hoa commune is 13.38km long and Phuoc Xuan commune is 1.06km long. With 22km of handed over land, Phuoc Son has completed 92.5% of the work. The relocation of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure out of the land clearance area has also been completed.

According to the People's Committee of Phuoc Son district, the remaining 1.78km of undelivered land is due to the fact that the compensation plan has not been approved and the land has not been handed over for construction.

The District People's Committee has directed the communes to complete legal procedures on land. However, up to now, no compensation plan has been developed because there are no regulations of the Provincial People's Committee on land recovery, compensation, support and resettlement according to the 2024 Land Law.
