Ha Tu Ward: Launching the model "Ensuring network security and information security to serve sustainable digital transformation"

On the afternoon of August 15, Ha Tu ward held a conference to evaluate the implementation results of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, national digital transformation and launched the model "Ensuring network security and information security to serve sustainable digital transformation".

Following the direction of the Central and the province on implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo , the Party Committee of Ha Tu ward has focused on leading and directing synchronously and unifying solutions to develop science, technology, innovation and digital transformation activities of the ward.

Thereby, some outstanding results have been achieved as follows: Building and effectively implementing the operation of the Electronic Information Portal at https://phuonghatu.vn, contributing to creating a seamless, effective, public and transparent information system; at the same time, enhancing interaction with people and businesses through the modern AI Chatbot system; implementing well the paperless conference criteria, minimizing the use of paper documents in all conferences of the ward; promoting the effective operation of 17 community digital technology teams in the neighborhoods, along with 1 community digital technology team led by the Ward Youth Union as the core to deploy the movement "Digital Education for the People".

From July 1 to now, the Ward Public Administration Center has received 1,940 administrative procedure records; of which, 1,211 records were received online (reaching 67% compared to the number of records received during the period), 1,716 records have been resolved (the rate of correct and early completion reached 98.4%). The Party Committee and the Ha Tu Ward government have actively coordinated with agencies and units located in the area to promote the application of scientific and technological achievements in production, business, and enterprise operations...

In the coming time, Ha Tu ward will continue to focus on leading and directing the implementation of the tasks of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW under the direction of the Central Government and the province. At the same time, it will promote the construction of digital government and paperless administration; in-depth implementation of the "Digital Education for All" movement; improve the operational efficiency of the Public Administration Service Center...

At the conference, Ha Tu ward also announced the decision to establish the Ward Safety and Security Steering Committee and launched the model "Ensuring network security, information security, protecting sustainable and successful digital transformation". The model operates under the direction of the Ha Tu Ward Safety and Security Steering Committee. Participants in the model include 100% of civil servants and employees working in Ha Tu ward.

Representative of Ha Tu Ward Police spoke to accept the task to effectively implement the model.

Through the model, it aims to propagate and raise awareness, roles and responsibilities of leaders, cadres and employees in complying with legal regulations on network safety and security and protecting State secrets in cyberspace; strengthen inspection, review and detection of weaknesses and security vulnerabilities in information systems, computer systems and computer networks in ensuring network safety and security and the risk of revealing State secrets in cyberspace at agencies and units in the area.

The goal of the model is to effectively implement the direction of the Ministry of Public Security in conjunction with the implementation of Directive No. 09-CT/TW dated December 1, 2011 of the Secretariat on "Strengthening the Party's leadership over the people's movement to protect national security in the new situation".
