Hoa Cuong Ward awarded nearly 60 scholarships to poor students who overcame difficulties

DNO - On the evening of August 15, at the Nai Nam Communal House Festival 2025, Hoa Cuong ward coordinated with the sponsor to award 58 scholarships to 57 students, each worth 1 million VND, and 1 student, each worth 5 million VND, who are children of poor households and households in difficult circumstances in the area.
